While coaching supports client progress and development, individual results vary. The Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, income, career advancement, or personal achievements. Your success depends on your own effort, participation, and commitment.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. You agree that you remain responsible for your mental, emotional, physical, and financial well-being during and after coaching. The Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group is not liable for decisions or actions you take outside of coaching sessions.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed toward children. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and engage in coaching services. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

All coaching conversations are confidential except as required by law, including but not limited to situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by court order. Confidentiality in group coaching settings cannot be guaranteed and depends on the conduct of all participants. Participants in group coaching settings are expected to honor the privacy of all participants and to safeguard the information of what is shared in the group by not sharing information outside of group coaching settings.

Payment terms, refunds, missed sessions, and cancellation policies are outlined at the point of purchase or in your coaching agreement. Unless otherwise stated, sessions not attended without proper notice may be forfeited.

For group coaching or community spaces, you agree to maintain confidentiality, respectful communication, and appropriate conduct. The Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group reserves the right to remove participants who violate community guidelines without refund.

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and content provided through coaching services are the intellectual property of e Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group. Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Coaching may be delivered via third-party platforms. The Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or platform disruptions beyond reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. The Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group reserves the right to terminate services if coaching is no longer appropriate or boundaries are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The Le Vere Coaching and Consulting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of coaching services or this website.
